Columbus D. Behan (1879 - 1965) was a show promoter extraordinaire. He was the founder/manager of the Midwest Beauty Trade Show in partnership with the now Chicago Cosmetology Association.

The above bas relief is located at the National Cosmetology Association Hall of Fame.
