E. Edward Kavanaugh (1926 - 1983) was the leader of CTFA's rise to a powerful force for consumer protection. He was also the creator of the "Look Good-Feel Better" Program, the most caring, community-minded project in the history of the cosmetics industry.

The above bas relief is located at the National Cosmetology Association Hall of Fame.
