Arnold "Arnie" M. Miller (1932 - 1992) was a co-founder of Matrix Essentials, the company's first president, and the engineer of its unprecedented attainment of simultaneous leadership positions in the hair color, permanent wave, and liquid product fields. He was a proud licensed cosmetologist for 38 years.

The above bas relief is located at the National Cosmetology Association Hall of Fame and at Matrix Essentials, Cleveland, OH.
